PRECIOUS THING

My upcoming film, “Precious Thing,”will premiere at the Stranger Than Fiction Film Festival on May 16.

SYNOPSIS: A daughter discusses the overlapping issues with her life and her mother's previous and current experiences through phone calls over the course of many months while away at college. Life events cause conversations to get more serious and pressing, beginning to affect both women's lives as they cling to each other for comfort and consistency.

A suburban neighborhood park during late fall or winter with leafless trees, a grassy area, parked cars, and buildings in the background under a partly cloudy sky.
Stack of printed photographs on a wooden surface, with a woman in graduation gown smiling in one of the photos.
Nighttime view of a dark, leafless tree with a crescent moon visible through the branches in a cloudy sky, with the subtitle 'I just miss you a lot.'
